  • I will teach you how to eat out in a way that supports your weight loss goal.
  • We will create a sustainable exercise plan.

How to Connect With Your Inner Well-being workshop is a VIRTUAL workshop.

This workshop will be held on Saturday, Feb. 26, 2022 @1pm EST/12pm CST.

How to Connect With Your Inner Well-being workshop is created by Master Transformational Life Coach and Professional Visual Artist, Katie Flowers & Mind & Body Yoga Coach, Dr. Niesha Cherry. We created this workshop to promote the process of enabling you to increase control over your thought process and awareness of your feelings/emotions. By being more aware of your thinking and feelings/emotions a person positions themselves best to have peace of mind, a healthy lifestyle, resiliency, positive emotions, and a healthy body and mind.

Because of the presence of positive emotions and moods (contentment, happiness), the absence of negative emotions (e.g., depression, anxiety), dissatisfaction with life, unfulfillment, and negative results become lesser and far encountering.

We want you to leave this workshop being aware and being thoughtful of your thoughts, feelings, emotions, and this is inclusive of the negative as well as the positive. Because being aware and mindful of how you are thinking and feeling is what it always takes to live a happier to happiest life regardless of perceived reality.
